In Rosa’s (personal) training sessions, the focus is on having fun and increasing a positive body perception. Boxing, strength and endurance exercises form the basis.
Rosa offers dynamic workouts where you learn to tune into your body in different ways. In this way you become comfortable and confident with what your body can do and what feels right for you.
You can also work with Rosa if you are dealing with long-term physical and/or mental complaints. Through their work as a vitality and ACT therapist, Rosa is familiar with training within a psychosomatic approach. Feel welcome to ask about the possibilities!
