Our trainers know firsthand what it's like to have a complicated relationship with your body and with a gym. As a queer person, you may have had negative experiences about your body and exercise. From these experiences, we can help you find joy and strength that suits your body. Working out with a personal trainer greatly increases the likelihood that you will actually keep exercising. You don't have to think about what you are going to do in the workout and it is a lot harder to skip a workout if you have an appointment!
